My device has a static IP and isn’t accessible from my local network
Try one of the following methods:
Change your PC IP address to the same network segment as your device. Then access its IP from your computer. Access its UI and remove the static IP.
Reset the device to its factory settings
I see mismatching UI options between the UG and the product UI
Try the following steps:
Make sure your device firmware is the latest released version.
Make sure your device software is the latest released version.
Check whether the UI is dependent on other settings.
My SIP registration fails
Make sure Microsoft Teams Support is disabled.
Microsoft Teams Integration typically uses a specific set of protocols, such as Direct Routing or Teams Calling, which is different from standard SIP registration. When Teams support is enabled on the Algo IP speaker, it connects directly to Microsoft Teams' cloud services rather than to a traditional SIP server
